Our Approach
We are currently leading the design and development of a standalone mobile application and cloud infrastructure to support ride requests, user accounts, routing, and payments. We're transforming high-level wireframes into a fully designed UI with accessibility features for older and mobility-challenged riders.
Current Status: In Progress
The project has completed its design and infrastructure phases and is on track for release in June 2025. Initial testing with stakeholders has validated the improved user experience and operational efficiency.

Without centralized systems for project tracking, document sharing, or real-time updates, critical information was often delayed or lost, impacting job scheduling, team coordination, and customer response times.
Our Approach
Liminal Technology Partners was brought in to modernize Job One's operations by implementing streamlined, secure, and connected systems. Through workflow analysis, tool selection, and systems integration, we introduced scalable digital infrastructure tailored to their construction business needs.
Current Status: In Progress
The new systems are already enhancing collaboration, accelerating reporting, and reducing administrative overhead -setting Job One up for long-term success and future innovation as they scale and transition leadership to a new generation.

Our Approach
We began with product discovery, helping define functional requirements, content strategy, and technical roadmap. After conducting user research and stakeholder interviews, we created a full visual identity and application architecture.
Current Status: Completed
The platform was successfully launched in Fall 2019, with a complete user-ready app and a foundational backend that could be scaled by their internal team.

Our Approach
Starting with collaborative ideation and product architecture, we designed full wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and web interfaces. We then led end-to-end implementation, building front-end development using React Native and JavaScript, and backend systems in Python and Node.js.
Current Status: Completed
The platform successfully launched with thousands of users across the independent artist and label ecosystem, proving both technical stability and product-market fit.

Our Approach
We collaborated with founders to define system requirements and user roles, then designed and developed an internal administrative dashboard and management portal that allows staff to oversee partner restaurants, delivery operations, and kitchen workflows.
Current Status: Completed
ChefSuite's platform is currently in use across its operational sites and has been foundational to the company's scaling efforts and vendor partnerships.

Be Fed, a holistic wellness platform serving minority communities, needed to transform from a content-based approach to a comprehensive marketplace connecting wellness seekers with trusted providers across mind, body, and spirit services.
Challenge
A military veteran and law school graduate recognized a critical gap in wellness resource accessibility, particularly within minority communities. After experiencing his own wellness crisis while managing full-time parenting, law school, and military service during COVID-19, the founder realized that while wellness resources exist, people struggle to find trusted, comprehensive, and culturally relevant providers across mental, physical, and spiritual health dimensions.
Our Approach
We designed and developed a comprehensive wellness marketplace that connects members seeking holistic development with verified service providers across Mind, Body, and Spirit categories. The platform emphasizes community safety, cultural sensitivity, and integrated wellness tracking. We implemented an AI-powered matching system and created infrastructure for future API integrations with popular wellness platforms like Apple Health, Headspace, and fitness tracking applications.
Current Status: Completed
The MVP has successfully launched with dual user onboarding systems, geo-location based provider discovery, direct messaging capabilities, and community-driven verification features. The platform supports over 15 wellness categories and has established the technical foundation for tokenization and Web3 integration. User validation testing confirmed strong market demand, particularly within underserved communities seeking authentic, holistic wellness support.
